Yusaku Iriki didn’t pick up the win, but he threw six solid innings in the Fisher Cats 5-1 win over Erie. He gave up one run on five hits and two walks with two strikeouts. Jesse Carlson picked up the win with a 2 2/3 innings of shutout relief.
Rob Cosby was the hitting star in the win. He went three for four with a double, an RBI and a run. David Smith went two for four with a double and two RBIs.
The Fisher Cats were held to just four hits in their 8-1 blowout loss to Akron. The lone run came on a solo homerun off of the bat of Rob Cosby in the second inning.

Ryan Patterson singled home Robinzon Diaz in the bottom of the tenth to win it for the Fisher Cats. Juan Peralta went two for four with a double and two RBIs in the 4-3 win.

Robinzon Diaz was the hitting star. He went two or three with a walk, a double, a run and an RBI.
The Fisher Cats lost to Binghamton 8-4 with Yusaku Iriki geting hit hard. He gave up four runs on seven hits and three walks with a strikeout in 4 1/3 innings. It was his first start after getting promoted from Dunedin.
John Schneider doubled, drove in two runs and scored once. Dustin Majewski went two for four with a solo homerun in the loss.
Yusaku Iriki picked up his first win of the season with seven shutout innings against Tampa. He gave up four hits with no walks and he struck out four.
Kyle Phillips had a nice game and he went three for five with three RBIs and a run. Cory Patton also got it done with two hits, a run and an RBI.
