The Chiefs took care of the Red Wins 5-3 and it was Kevin Barker who led the way at the plate.  He was a perfect three for three with a homerun, two RBIs and two runs.  Wayne Lydon doubled, drew two walks and drove in two runs.

Jordan De Jong picked up the win and he improved to 3-0 on the season.  He gave up just one walks and no hits in 2 1/3 scoreless innings.

Jeremy Cummings dropped to 3-6 on the season with a rough start in the Chiefs’ 8-2 loss to Pawtucket.  He gave up four runs on six hits and one walk with five strikeouts in four innings of work.

Ray Olmedo went two for four with a double.  Kevin Barker doubled, drove in a run and scored.

Mikel McDonald improved to 3-6 on the season with a nice start in the Chiefs’ 8-4 win over Pawtucket.  He gave up two runs on seven hits and one walk with four strikeouts in six innings of work.

Mike Vento homered and drove in three runs in the win.  Chad Mottola went two for three with a walk, two runs and two RBIs.

Josh Banks fell to 7-6 on the season with a tough start in the Chiefs 7-4 loss to the Red Sox.  He gave up five runs on nine hits and one walk with four strikeouts in five innings of work.

Adam Lind went two for three with a double, an RBI, two walks and two runs.  Kevin Barker went three for five with a double and an RBI.
