by @ 11:47 pm. Filed under Brandon Magee, Eric Nielsen, Jose Kruezer, Carlo Cota, Adrian Martin, Dunedin Blue Jays - July 2007

Josh Kreuzer came up huge for Dunedin with a walk off, three run homer in the bottom of the win to push Dunedin to a 3-2 win over Vero Beach.  Prior to that, Dunedine had been shut down by three different Vero Beach pitchers.  Eric Nielsen and Carlo Cota each had two singles and they both scored on Kreuzer’s homerun.

Adrian Martin picked up the win by pitching a shutout ninth inning.  He gave up a hit and Brandon Magee gave up just one run in seven solid innings in a nice start.

Dunedin Scores Just Two Runs in Doubleheader, Still Grabs One Win

by @ 11:57 pm. Filed under Dunedin Blue Jays - April 2007, Brandon Magee, Jose Kruezer, Aaron Tressler, Ted Serro, Connor Falkenbach

The first game of a double header between Dunedin and Sarasota was a blow out but in the second game, we got some solid pitching to at least walk away with one win.  Game one saw the Jays get shutout on seven hits and Brandon Magee was shelled for six runs and he didn’t even last through the second inning in the 8-0 loss.

Game two went a bit better as the Jays won 2-1.  Aaron Tressler threw four shutout innings and didn’t get a decision while Ted Serro gave up a run in 1 2/3 innings but he picked up the win.  Connor Falkenbach got the final four batters out and he earned his third save of the season.

Josh Kreuzer was the hitting star.  He doubled in a run and he also scored a run.
