Dunedin scored two runs in seventh and four in the eighth to come from behind from three down to beat Daytona 6-5. Cory Patton doubled twice and he both scored and drove in a run. Jacob Butler had a single, two walks and two runs.
Aaron Tressler picked up the win and he improved to 4-5 on the season. He gave up two runs on four hits and three walks with three strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings.
A.J. Wideman was roughed up in Dunedin’s 6-5 loss to St. Lucie. He gave up five runs on eleven hits with three strikeouts in six innings.
No Dunedin hitter had more then one hit although Chris Gutierrez belted a two run homer. Brian Jeroloman had a nice game and he went one for two with two walks and two runs.
Jacob Butler had a huge day at the plate in Dunedin’s 9-4 win over Clearwater. He went three for four with a double, a homerun, four RBIs and two runs. Jesus Gonzalez went two for four with a homerun and three RBIs.
Aaron Tressler improved to 3-5 on the season with a nice start. He gave up just one run on eight hits and a walk with five strikeouts in six innings.
Dunedin was held to a single run in their 2-1 loss to Clearwater as the second half of the season kicked off. Josh Kreuzer was the biggest contributor with the stick. He went two for three with a double and an RBI.
Kristian Bell improved to 2-6 on the season with a mediocre start. He gave up two runs on seven hits with three strikeouts in five innings.
Robert Ray picked up his first win of the season with 4 1/3 innings of solid relief. He gave up two runs on six hits with three strikeouts. Ricardo Romero had a decent start but he just missed an official game. He gave up two runs on four hits and a walk with two strikeouts in 4 2/3 innings.
Kyle Phillips was the hitting star in the win. He went two for four with a double, a homerun and two runs scored. Josh Kreuzer went two for three with a double, a walk a run and an RBI.
Dunedin beat Lakeland 5-3 and the big hit of the game was a seventh inning, two run homer by David Corrente. Eric Nielsen also hit a homerun and he drew two walks.
A.J. Wideman had a nice start although he didn’t get a decision. He gave up two runs (one earned) on eight hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings. Orlando Trias picked up the win and he improved to 5-5 on the season.
Kyle Phillips played a part in five of Dunedin’s eleven runs in their 11-2 win over Lakeland. He went three for five with a double, a homerun, three RBIs and three runs. Cory Patton singled three times and scored a run while Luke Hetherington went three for four with two RBIs and a run.
Aaron Tressler improved to 2-1 with a nice outing. He gave up just one walk in four shutout/no-hit innings of relief and he struck out four.
Jacob Butler drove home Carlo Cota with a sac. fly in the bottom of the eighth to give Dunedin the go ahead run in their 3-2 win over Jupiter. Cota finished the game with a double, a walk and he scored two of Dunedin’s three runs.
Sean Stidfole picked up the win with a shutout eighth inning. He followed up a nice start by Kristian Bell, who gave up two runs in his seven innings.
Dunedin had a tough time at the plate today in their 1-0 loss to Jupiter. The offense managed just three singles and three walks in the game and not a single base runner came around to score.
A really good start by A.J. Wideman went to waste. He gave up one run on seven hits and a walk with four strikeouts and he fell to 3-2 on the season.

Yesson Berroa picked up the win and he improved to 1-2 on the season. He struck out two batters in a shutout ninth inning.
Eric Fowler was tagged for five runs in the second and he fell to 0-1 on the season in Dunedin’s 5-4 loss. He gave up the five runs on six hits and one walk with three strikeouts in five innings.

Dunedin roughed up Daytona 9-5 and Luke Hetherington was one of the hitting stars. He went two for three with a homerun, two walks and three runs. Kyle Phillips went two for five with a homerun and three RBIs.
Orlando Trias picked up the win and he improved to 4-4 on the season. He gave up three runs on five hits and five walks with four strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Daryl Harang gave up an unearned run in the bottom of the eleventh as Dunedin lost to Daytona 7-6. The pen pitched pretty well in this one because Daytona had tagged Kristian Bell for five six runs by the fifth inning.
Cory Patton hit a two run homer in the loss. Carlo Cota went two for five with two doubles, two RBIs and a run.
Everyone was a hitting star in Dunedin’s 20-5 pasting of the Cubs. The scored was 18-3 after just five innings before Dunedin cooled off. In all, they picked up 26 hits as a team. David Corrente homered twice and drove in four runs, Eric Nielsen went five for five and he drove in five runs while Carlo Cota went five for five with four RBIs.

Dunedin lost their seventh straight game in a tough loss to Daytona. The big inning was the seventh, in which the the bullpen gave up seven runs. Daryl Harang gave up two runs on two hits without getting single batter out and he dropped to 1-1 on the season.
Anthony Hatch was the hitting star. He went three for four with a double and two RBIs.
